Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

Any events rescheduled within 7 days of the original project will not be eligible for refund of the initial 50% down payment. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your project, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 15 days post completion (all hardware to be paid upfront).

What is the process for managing home or business visits?

Large business to home user, we treat everybody the same. Simply reach out with your request, and if it’s not able to be handled remote, we’ll arrive on your doorstep!

Can I receive a receipt for my order?
