Start with a foundation. Add only what you actually need.
Sandbox IT is built around six Foundations: three for homes and three for businesses. The idea is simple. Establish a support relationship first, then layer in the tools, protection, and technician time that make sense for your situation.
Six Foundations. One support philosophy.
Residential Foundations are built around a clearer progression: Basic gives you access, Home Care adds context, and Home Shield adds oversight. Business Foundations scale separately around the needs of the business.

Tech support your employees can actually use.
A practical employee benefit for businesses that want to give their people a trusted place to turn for personal technology support. The company sponsors the agreed Foundation level; employees work directly with Sandbox IT.
Employee Technology Benefit
The employer sponsors an agreed Foundation level for eligible employees. Employees get an established local support relationship and member pricing when personal technology problems show up. Hands-on labor remains employee-paid unless the employer agreement says otherwise.
Employees contact Sandbox IT directly. Eligibility and billing can stay separate from personal support details, and optional security, backup, and other add-ons remain separate.

Supports the employee directly, keeps personal support details separate from the employer, and manages the support relationship.
Group pricing is quoted separately based on employee count and the sponsored Foundation level.
Add-ons stay optional.
A Foundation is the starting point. Add-ons are there when a specific need justifies them, not because every client should be forced into the same stack.
Maintenance & Updates
Ongoing patching, maintenance, and device care for clients who want more proactive oversight.
Security
Additional endpoint protection and security layers where the risk or environment calls for them.
Remote Access
Secure remote-access options for users or environments that need dependable access away from the device.

I came across Sam and Sandbox IT indirectly through a mutual friend. I had been looking for remote IT help for a while to help with troubleshooting system problems when they occur. I run a busy construction business, and I don’t have time for self-troubleshooting or the unlikeable confusion and frustration when these issues occur. I need to keep things flowing.
Sam set me up with a secure security system and monthly maintenance. However, a couple days ago both my systems almost went down, I was off-line, signals were being blocked, and all sorts of issues were happening. I could not process anything, use my QuickBooks, or print anything. Payroll was upcoming, and the work started backing up. I tried for nearly a day to troubleshoot. “I was fit to be tied!”
Sam jumped in to save me! He remotely managed to repair all of the issues with his IT knowledge and expertise. He did not meddle, going straight to the source, fixing each issue one by one and got things running smoothly and back on track quick! He is professional, honest, trustworthy, and efficient. Great guy. Shout out Sam to you! “Bravo” and thanks so much!
I will definitely recommend him to all the other business owners in the community.

This business is great. Sold us my grandsons used laptop which works great. Sam also fixed a half dozen items on my iMac. I’m impressed with his service and his knowledge.

I had Sam help me out with a couple of computer issues at my workplace, and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problems, fixed everything efficiently, and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Sam and Sandbox IT. He saved my sanity.
My laptop was infected with a really insidious virus/malware that wreaked havoc by attempting to make fraudulent purchases, then deleting, moving, or redirecting email to cover the activity. It also sent continued phishing emails related to the fraudulent purchases designed to make me open the account(s) so it could gain entry again.
The fix was not merely to change passwords, reboot, or anything straightforward. Sam was very patient and diligent in drilling down to find the nasty bug and removing it along with any residual threats. And he explained the situation simply but intelligently, so I actually understood without feeling stupid or having my eyes roll back in my head.
I trust Sam 100 percent and would definitely recommend him and Sandbox IT to anyone and everyone with IT problems!
Not sure which Foundation fits?
You do not need to diagnose your own support model before reaching out. Start with the problem, the environment, or what you are trying to accomplish. We can work forward from there.
